Safeguarding
The Chew Valley South Family of Churches takes the wellbeing and safety of children, young people and vulnerable adults who attend our churches very seriously.
The Gospel speaks of welcome for all, especially the most vulnerable, into a Church which affirms the value and dignity of every human and those in positions of responsibility and authority are truly trustworthy. Being faithful to this therefore compels us to take with the utmost seriousness the challenge of preventing
abuse from happening and responding well where it has.
Safeguarding is the responsibility of us all.

If someone is in immediate danger, call 999 and ask for the police.
If you wish to raise a safeguarding concern, please contact the relevant safeguarding officer listed below, or alternatively you can contact the Diocesan Safeguarding Team. Contact information is on their website.
